Sam from Singleton Hospital is Jade's NICU Superhero!

     

Jade has nominated Sam from Singleton Hospital because she was a great support during her son, Caio's, neonatal stay.

"I can't put into words how fantastic Sam was. I was having an extra hard day when she was looking after Caio. However, speaking to Sam made me instantly feel better.

Sam took the time to talk to me. She was so personable and understanding which made me feel at ease.

Sam is so kind and caring. She showed me how to do his observations and tube feed him.

She also showed me how to get him out of his incubator which was the best thing!

I was so happy that she was looking after Caio.

I will never be able to thank all the staff enough for their amazing work and care throughout our stay. However, Sam will always hold a special place in our hearts."
