Tamara's NICU Superhero is Charlotte from James Cook University Hospital!

     

Tamara has nominated the wonderful Charlotte from James Cook University Hospital for our NICU Superhero Award! Charlotte's kind nature really kept Tamara going during Archie and Ronnie's neonatal stay.

"Charlotte was always compassionate with us and nothing was ever too much for her.

She cared for our boys with her full heart and you could tell that she takes pride in her job.

Charlotte was genuinely so kind and caring.

Knowing that Archie and Ronnie were in her care always left Aaron and me feeling relaxed.

She took the time to get to know us as people rather than just 'another parent'.

Charlotte will never know how much she means to us and how much she helped on our journey. She's just amazing!"
