vCreate Launch Champions Programme to Improve Unit Support

     

As we continue to launch in more units, we want to help teams make the best possible use of vCreate to send secure, reassuring video updates to parents when they can’t be on the unit. Many units are doing an amazing job already - which is why we have created the vCreate Champions Programme!

This new initiative will enable staff from units to share best practice, receive updates to the system and access additional support wherever it is needed. It will also help parents identify Champions on the unit, and colleagues will know where to go for expert help and guidance.

We would like every unit using vCreate to elect two vCreate Champions so that we can communicate directly with them and help them maximise the service for parents. All units have been contacted and we’re looking forward to learning who their Champions will be!
